If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sieve AI is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
